This is an old photo of my sister Samantha, as you can see the one on the left is the damaged photo and the one on the right is the repaired one. What I did first is take it into photoshop and began to use the tool "Spot healing brush", what it did it cleared out the spots that are in the photo. It also helped by bringing out the color. Next I used the "Clone Stamp", this plowed me to add color the corners making it a full photo, I used it with low opacity and a soft brush. Finally I just went over it one more time and fixed anything not making it smudged.
This is another old picture from back in 2000 and its my Cousin, Me, and My Sister. What I did was take it into photoshop and then use the "spot healing brush", and as you can see on the bottom picture, the scratches are gone, and some stains at the bottom of the picture. I also used "clone stamp" and this made a replica of the color on the background, and this helped out the healing brush tool.
