Portrait Collage-Dark Room

This picture is of my little Brother, I took this picture with the film camera. What I did to set up the camera was to put the film into the camera and let it count the film. Then I programed it to the self portrait mode. I told him to smile and took pictures of him. Once i was done taking all the pictures I needed, I took it to the dark room where there is no light transmitted. I went in there closing and locking the door, and closed any light that was coming through the door or else it would damage my film and turn it all black. Then I proceeded to get all my supplies that I need to open the film roll and then I turned off all the lights. I opened it using these pliers and then i took it out and hooked it onto these claws that held the film. Then I put it into these long trays and i left it in the developer for 12 minutes and then i switched to the fixer for 1 minute and then finally in the last tray for 5 minutes, then back to the fixer for 1 minute. Lastly I put them to dry for 15 minutes. After that was done I took all of the pictures and put them in a sheet protector that prevented them from having any scratches, and took them to the dark room where I picked out which one came out good. I put them in this container and it enlarged once I put it under the light. I did a couple test strips and then I proceeded to make the final one. I ended up doing 2 more for the other parts that I wanted to pop up. Lastly I started to paint them lightly with oil paint, only certain parts. With the x-acto knife I lightly scratched out parts of his hair, his shirt, and eyes. Then I cut out the parts i wanted to pop out and glued them to a thick paper, and glued those onto the original picture.
