For this project I had to start of by doing a design on one of the squares. It had to have my name, an organic and geometric shape and a symbol that represents me. I chose a butterflies, which you can hardly see them, but i chose it because it has to do with a lot of my life of me growing up in a very hard way and at certain age I had to mature enough to start acting like an adult and helping out my parents with whatever I can. After i was done with that, I added a design and the other shapes. Then once i was done with one square i transferred them to the rest of the 3 squares . After that was done, i took it to another clean sheet of paper and transferred it without folding it and shaded in parts that i wanted to come out white or grayish. Lastly I took it to the dark room were I tested it first with a light sensitive paper strip and did 4 different exposures. After i got done with testing it and chose the right exposure, I got a actual light sensitive paper and did 20 seconds of light exposure and did a 28 minute process were I put it in a developer for 2 minutes, 30 seconds for the developer to stop and then 5 minutes in the fixer. Lastly 20 minutes just letting it rinse to take any chemicals .
